The Giants Have It!
Hey! I'm so glad you're here! Pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee or whatever you prefer and make yourself comfortable. I hope you enjoy your visit. If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for stopping by!
You might not know, but I’m not a very big football fan. In fact, I only watch maybe 2 or 3 games a year. Now, my husband enjoys a good ball game but thankfully he’s not obsessive about it. Except on Super Bowl Sunday.
Yep. Definitely a day in our house where papa gets to hog the TV. And thanks to a fabulous email I received early this afternoon, he got to watch it on a big screen! What a day! And to top it off, the team he’s rooting for wins!
He predicted the outcome days ago. Although he was a bit off on the spread, he pegged the Giants to win. And you know, I actually watched the game! Nice to watch such stuff on a big screen. I did think the half time show was a bit short, though. But boy, Tom Petty sure can rock, can’t he? He played some good classics and we enjoyed it. Wish it had been a bit longer.
Anyway, the day is winding down and I’m listening to Kelly Clarkson, who is one of my favorite singers, by the way. She has a great voice, an awesome vocal range and her songs actually have some meaning. Maybe she’ll be the half time show sometime. THAT would be sweet!
In fact, here’s a video of one her best songs . . .

Wandering thoughts of gardens, kids and school clothes by Annie
I don't really have anything planned for this post so I apologize in advance if it ends up wandering all over the place!
The kids and I were able to spend some time outside today in the garden.
Is it really Friday? by Annie
Is it really Friday? Because normally, I love Fridays - it means the weekend when things are slower and my husband is home from work is right around the corner.
