Yes, I did design the current header. I’ve been toying with changing it as well as the look of the rest of the site, but I keep coming back to this. I did recently change the header on my Thirty Day Challenge blog but I’m still not entirely happy with it.

If you search around on this site, you’ll find some other designs I’ve done – some desktop backgrounds I made for Easter earlier this year and I think perhaps a few others.
