Thanks, El! Much appreciated.

Well, I am not anywhere near 5'10 LOL. Barely 5' here. ;-) And until I had 4 kids and hurt my back, I was always pretty skinny. In the past few years because of my back problems, I haven't been as active as I used to be, though we do eat pretty healthy around here.

Thanks for the Dr. Mercola link. I've visited the site several times and there's such good things there. I'll go check it out. Going to have an MRI on my shoulder and lower back here in the next few weeks so we'll see what happens.

(((Hugs Annie!))) Goddess bless you!
So much going on. Life can be so hectic sometimes. I hope you're making sure you find some time to recharge! You can't share what you don't have.

I've learned a thing or two about blood pressure over the years. I am 5' 10" and at my highest weight, I was 260 pounds (9-2007) and I'm delighted to report that I now weigh in @ 158. My blood pressure went from an average of 125/80-90 down to 90/74 (when I gave blood Tuesday). I have a resting pulse rate of 60.

Losing the smallest amounts of weight makes a difference with blood pressure. Much of what I learned I got from Doc. Mercola. Check out this article.
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/arch...
This article came out in his newsletter a year ago and I got it in my inbox. It made enough of an impact on me that I still know where to find it... if that tells you anything..lol
xoxo~
