New beginnings

New beginnings

Oh, hi there! I’m so glad you’re still here! Bet’cha thought I got lost or something, huh? No, not lost – just very busy. And then some! ;-) So many things to talk about!!

The biggest news I have to share with you is that about a month or so ago, a friend of mine started a new Real Estate company and asked me to be his partner. We’ve had our noses to the grindstone ever since!! The past month has pretty much been taken up by getting all of the details of starting a business put together and set in motion. Still some loose ends to tie up but hopefully we will have those done soon so we can relax a little and enjoy the holidays.

In the next few weeks I’ll be getting my Real Estate License again. It’s been long enough ago since I had an active license and with the new rule changes that took place back in July this year, I’ll have to retake the licensing classes and state exam. Oh well! I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to retake everything but it looks like I do, unfortunately. That’s kinda bumming me out a little!

And today, we’re all snowed in here in the Seattle area. Schools are all closed, buses aren’t running or are running very late and it’s very cold outside! We’re not entirely used to more than a little dusting of snow so when we get a few inches, it kinda stops everything in it’s tracks. But at least it’s giving me the chance to catch up on a few things – like blogging! ;-)

This week, my youngest daughter is turning 10! I can hardly believe it! I will have 3 kids in the double digits and only 1 left in the singles. And then, just right around the corner in January, my oldest will be turning 17! That is totally unreal! I really don’t think I’m old enough to have kids this age. LOL

Anyway, enjoy the week! And I hope you’re getting ready for the holiday season, the end of the year and New Beginnings!

Until next time . . . keep blazn’!

And be blessed!
