Hey – thanks for clicking the URL on my Twitter page.
If you’ve come to this page to check out more about me, you’re in the right place. Let me tell you a little bit about myself – who I am, what I do and where I’m from.
I’m Annie and aside from being a bit of a social media geek, I’m just a fairly normal “mom next door” type. I’m also a freelance writer and graphic designer.
My family and I live in a small city about an hour North of Seattle, Washington in the United States. We have three mischievous cats – Max, Annie Potts and Stardust. Max and Potts are black long-haired mixed breed cats with green eyes and Stardust is a charcoal gray short-haired tabby mix with pumpkin eyes. They’re all siblings.
Several years ago, I started my original blog on WordPress. It’s still live but I don’t write there anymore. I moved here to Annie Anderson | Blog sometime in 2007 and write about many things including my family, my life, writing and design and sometimes touchy subjects like politics and religion.
Additionally, I write about writing, reading and all the things that go along with that over Margin of Error. Honestly, that poor blog gets neglected sometimes but there’s still lots of great content there to check out.
I also guest blog on other sites about a wide range topics like marketing, media, parenting and gardening among other subjects.
You’re obviously interested in Twitter so feel free to connect with me there. I don’t tweet 24/7 but I do share lots of interesting things I find in the blogosphere like recipes and news articles that I think affect everyone. And I like to respond to people and just say “hi.”
